Terms of Service for Wealth Battle Family Office
Effective Date: 1/1/2025
By accessing or using the services of Wealth Battle Family Office ("the Company"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.
Wealth Battle Family Office provides consulting services to business owners and privately held companies. Services include business planning, tax planning, consulting, and access to other professional advisors through a virtual family office and proactive planning platform and expansive network of subject matter experts and professionals. Specific services include Risk Mitigation, Wealth Management, Legal Services, Business Advisory, and Tax Planning. Specific terms and conditions may apply to certain services, which will be communicated separately.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Each service will have specific thresholds where it makes sense to engage and can be determined in a proactive planning call.
We take the confidentiality of your information seriously. Clients will provide explicit consent for sharing their personal information with subject matter experts in the five areas of competency listed above.
All content provided by the Company, including but not limited to reports, analyses, and recommendations, is the intellectual property of Wealth Battle Family Office. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit this content without prior written consent.
The Company’s liability is capped at a client’s investment in the firm. The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice as per the terms of the agreement. Upon termination, the Client must settle any outstanding fees.
In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt resolution through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Newcastle County, Delaware.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Newcastle County, Delaware.
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
